Kim Pennington proudly served in the United States Army as an Army Ranger. His service reflects courage, discipline, and dedication to country. As a 2026 Grand Marshal, he represents the strength and sacrifice of Central Valley veterans and the continued legacy of service within our community.
Dan Casas proudly served in the United States Army Special Forces as a Green Beret. His military service reflects leadership, resilience, and commitment to mission and country. As a 2026 Grand Marshal, he represents the honor, sacrifice, and dedication of veterans throughout the Central Valley.

Judge Glenda Allen-Hill proudly served in the U.S. Air Force as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer. Following her military service, she continued to serve her community from the bench, championing justice and veterans' rights. Her lifelong dedication to service and leadership makes her a powerful symbol of this year’s parade theme

United States Navy Joint Strike Fighter (F-35C) Veteran
2024 Grand Marshal
Captain Covarrubias is a proud graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a decorated veteran of Operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. After retiring from active duty, he returned to the Central Valley, where he now coaches high school varsity football and track.

United States Marine Corps Security Forces Veteran
2024 Grand Marshal
Sergeant Jarrett Kraft is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran and recipient of the Navy Cross. He served in Iraq with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines during Operation Phantom Fury, where he demonstrated extraordinary heroism in combat. Following his military service, Sgt. Kraft continued his dedication to public service through work with the Fresno Police Department. He remains an active supporter of veterans and law enforcement communities.
